Your Guide To Tile Blades
A smooth rim tile cutting disc gives a fine clean cut in ceramics and other tiles. We offer two types of diamond rim tile cutting blades:
Diamond impregnated bonds
Continuous Rim
- fine, clean cutting and good life, with no chipping. Typically used for ceramic and glass tile cutting. Ceramic blades and SPD holesaws
Semi-Continuous (Turbo)
- fine and aggressive cutting, long life. Typically used for porcelain and granite, and in turbo cup grinders
Segmented
- aggressive cutting, long life. Typically used with benchsaws and high-powered machines
Fused diamond
Electroplated
- fine, clean cutting. Typically used for marble and GRP.
Choose a specialist Tile Cutting Disc for Your Application
For ceramics choose between the Plus SD blade or the superior SM blade.
For porcelain, granite, marble and other hard natural stone choose from the SL continuous rim blade or the LST fine turbo cutting blade.
For fine cutting of marble, glass fibre & GRP the electroplated EM blade is the perfect solution.
